3 virtues of Duha prayer:

1. Duha prayer 2 rakaat worth 360 alms

لَى لِّ لاَمَى صَدَقَةٌ لُّ لُّ صَدَقَةٌ لُّ لِيلَةٍ لُّ الْمَعْرُوفِ الْمُنْكَرِ مِنْ لِكَ انِ الضُّحَى

"Every morning, every segment of your body must be issued sadaqah. Every tasbih is sadaqah, every tahmid is sadaqah, every tahlil is sadaqah, every takbir is sadaqah, enjoining goodness is sadaqah, and forbidding to do evil is sadaqah. All of that can be replaced with two rak'ahs of Duha prayer." (HR. Muslim)

الإِنْسَانِ لاَثُمِائَةٍ لاً لَيْهِ لِّ لٍ . الُوا لِكَ ا اللَّهِ الَ النُّخَاعَةُ الْمَسْجِدِ ا الشَّىْءُ الطَّرِيقِ لَمْ ا الضُّحَى

"In the human body there are three hundred and sixty joints, all of which must be given charity." They (the companions) asked, "Who is able to do that, O Nabiyullah?" He replied, "You clean up the phlegm that is in the mosque is sadaqah, you remove anything that interferes with the way is sadaqah. So if you don't find it (that much sadaqah), then two rak'ahs of Duha are sufficient for you." (HR. Abu Dawud)

2. Prayers Dhuha 4 rakaat brings sufficiency throughout the day

لُ اللَّهُ لَّ ا ابْنَ لاَ مِنْ اتٍ لِ ارِكَ

Allah 'Azza wa Jalla said, "O son of Adam, do not escape the four rak'ahs at the beginning of your day, I will surely suffice for you throughout the day." (HR. Ahmad)

3. Keeping the Duha prayer is recorded as awwabiin

لا افظ لى لاة الضحى لا اب لاة الأوابين
"Do not keep the Duha sunnah prayer but awwab (people who return to obedience). This is the awwabin prayer." (Narrated by Ibn Khuzaimah; Hasan)
