A book of the contract of the workbook to talk about people with disabilities from the limp, the lame, the blind and the cross, from the Arabs, their nobles, famous people, and poets. And the book: a literary, historical and analytical presentation that gathers benefits about the most famous “Al-Awran”, “Al-Arjan”, “Al-Bursan”, “Al-Hullan” and “Blind”, … with mentioning the symptoms of these ailments, compared to the normal ones. With the aim of collecting the benefits of the news of those lame, blind, lepers, and strabismuses to show that a group of them used to reach with lameness what the common healthy people do not, and with blindness they perceive what most of the blind do not comprehend. The way to extract literature from which it is useful or a sermon is considered by it. Al-Jahiz reached, with his book, a lofty pinnacle of high human literature, which was not condemned by those who approached this aspect of man.
