ADRES is the acronym that corresponds to the Administrator of the Resources of the General System of Social Security in Health, and represents an entity that is attached to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of Colombia.
The ADRES system has replaced the FOSYGA certificate query for a few years now, since it keeps the BDUA database updated, where all the information on health affiliates or EPS at the national level is found.
The ADRES query provides information on the entity in which the citizen is affiliated in health, registration date of affiliation in the entity, scheme to which he belongs, affiliation status and the type of EPS affiliate.
To make the query fosyga adres by ID number you must:
Write your document without spaces or periods in the form shown below
Check the box “I am not a robot”
Click on the green “Consult” button
The new update of EPS affiliate queries in the BDUA database sometimes generates inconsistencies or inconsistencies in the results and the certificate cannot be printed.
In the event that this happens, you must contact the corresponding health affiliation entity since the FOSYGA – ADRES system is not responsible for the information provided by each of the entities in its systems.
