You can create a menu by adding or changing the amount of ingredients.

●About daily evaluation ●
You can check the carbs, calories, nutrient achievement rate, and weight trends of the meals you consumed that day in a graph.
For each nutrient, you can check whether you are properly ingesting it, or whether you are deficient or in excess.
You can check the explanation for each nutrient, so you can see what will happen if there is a deficiency or excess of that nutrient, and which foods contain it.

The amount of sugar is
Calculated as sugar mass = carbohydrates - total amount of dietary fiber.
The daily carbohydrate restriction level is divided into the following three levels and can be set according to your own situation.
Recommended for those who aim to improve mild diabetes or go on a reasonable diet with gentle carbohydrate restriction.

Recommended for those who want to seriously limit their sugar intake
●About calories and nutrients●
Calories and nutrients required per day are calculated based on age, gender, and activity level.
If you want to further reduce calories, you can set your daily calorie intake to be reduced by 300kcal from the standard.
●About BMI value●
BMI is calculated based on weight and height and is displayed as an indicator of obesity.
If it's lower than the standard value, it's "too thin", if it's within it, it's "adequate", and if it's above it, it's "overweight".
●About salt●
The amount of salt you need per day is calculated based on your age and gender.
If you are being treated for or have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, you can limit your salt intake to 6g per day.
●About medicines you are taking●
By registering the medicines you are currently taking, you can check whether the menu contains any foods that cannot be used in combination with the registered medicines.
