Al Rumaila Charitable Society for Social and Development Services is a service establishment that is concerned with the care and rehabilitation of poor families and charitable charity. It is registered with the Ministry of Labor and Social Development under No. 540. The Assembly is currently composed of a Board of Directors that oversees the service and support committees covering the geographical framework of Rumaila and Sayira & . The Society adopted a strategic plan (2019/2022) which included its mission (we seek to lead the development of the community by providing innovative programs that achieve sustainable development) and its vision (leadership in community development "4x4"), where the strategic plan was concerned with providing care and rehabilitation for poor families The community, as well as the incubation of charitable works, and presenting them as successful projects for the community, in order to enhance volunteer work and improve the mental image of society and society.
The association consists of four service units, which are concerned with social assistance, orphans' sponsorship, culture, and community services. The service units also support support units for (media, colloquial and financial)
