• Organize modules on the dashboard to show the information you want, in the order you choose.

Wireless Connection:
• Instantly downloads results from the JAZZTM Wireless Meter to the App via Bluetooth® technology.

Sharing:
• Invite your caregivers to view your glucose readings in real time, or email all of your data in a traditional logbook format.

Reminders:
• Reminders can be automatically triggered by another event; for example, 15 minutes after a hypo result, you will receive an automatic reminder to test again.

Cloud Support:
• Sign up for an account and back up your data on our secure server.

Timeline:
• Glucose, carbs, insulin, and weight are all plotted on one central timeline, so it’s easy to spot trends and relationships.
• Choose the view that works best for you: 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month.
• Data points are color-coded so you can spot high and low blood sugar at a glance.

Details:
• Add tags and notes to individual data points.
• View 30 day statistics to monitor your progress.

Logbook:
• Rotate the app to view the glucose logbook you know and love, organized by meal block.
• Blood glucose readings are color-coded based on individually set limits.
