Service Request (SS):
1- Customer requests service from provider;
2- Provider has the option to accept or refuse the SS.
The cost per SS acceptance is charged to the Provider;
3- During the service, the chat for interaction is enabled;
4- At the end of the service, the customer has the option to evaluate the Services;

Each SS accepted, costs R$5.00. We provide 1 SS at no cost to all users, upon registration.

Service Opportunity (OS):
1- Customer opens OS, indicating the professional or service he or she needs;
2- Service providers qualified to the required qualification, have an option
to apply for assistance;
3- Customer assigns OS to a provider and it has the option to accept or
refuse.
The cost per OS acceptance is charged to the Provider;
4- During the service, the chat for interaction is enabled;
5- At the end of the service, the customer has the option to evaluate the Services;

Each OS accepted, costs R$ 10.00. We provide 1 OS free of charge for
all users, upon completion of their registration.
