I booked a homestay through Agoda with a confirmed reservation, but on arrival the owner refused check-in. This was unexpected and not my fault. Even worse, Agoda’s customer support offered no real help and no refund so far. I was left stranded despite full payment. This is unacceptable for a platform of this size. If Agoda cannot ensure check-in or protect customers, the service is unreliable. Travelers should be cautious before booking.

when have buy tickt agoda want to take money first .but when have cancelled tickt not refund back .so disopinted from this app
