The current health context in Morocco remains marked by a number of
acquired but also by relatively large deficits, especially in
level of service provision to individuals, perceived as not very responsive
and of questionable quality, which makes the health system unattractive to the eyes
of the citizen. Of course, the health situation measured in terms of reduction in
mortality and morbidity, has clearly improved, with no
as much as this improvement is well noticed by the population. Also,
the description of this context will make it possible to make an assessment of the condition
real places to better understand the priorities, objectives and choice
of the most suitable strategy that the MS intends to deploy as part of
