Smart POLSEK is a Sector Police service application that operates in the Kelapa Gading area and its surroundings. This application is useful to help serve people who are affected by disaster and want to ask for help from the Police who are on duty in the nearest area. Currently, the Smart Polsek application can only be used in the Kelapa Gading sector, North Jakarta and its surroundings.
Users of the Smart Polsek application are divided into 2 groups of users, namely people who ask for help and the police who are in charge of helping solve problems that occur in the community. The reports submitted by the public are usually reports of crimes (crimes) that have occurred in their area.
By using this application, the police on duty around the area get alerts on their devices to immediately help solve criminal problems that occur.
