The system consists of three parts:
1) MOBILE APPLICATION: is used by dealers to register all the movements made in the street, such as sales, payments, withdrawals packaging, loans, spare parts delivery and removal of equipment Cold-Heat, record vouchers, etc. ..
2) WEB SITE: accessible from any PC with Internet, where it monitors the day-to-day deliverers, the stock is controlled, the customers they serve, the time between a client and the other, etc.
And finally, the most important part:
3) MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: where all the daily work of the dealer is discharged, for control of packaging, money, vouchers, among other things, and then manage and deliver statistics of all kinds, reaching the Billing and issuing VAT Sales and purchases.
NOW INCLUDES THE ELECTRONIC INVOICE THROUGH WEB-SERVICE FOR OBTAINING CAE AFIP resolution mandatory for all taxpayers, from July 2015.
