About Smartcash PSB Retailer
The Smartcash retailer app enables retailers to serve customers by editing existing customer profile, purchasing airtime, depositing cash, withdrawing cash, and paying bills.
The app also allows retailers to manage their own Smartcash account, view their profile, helpdesk number, pin/password reset, and account unlock, as well as perform banking services on their account. Retailers can use the application to view their account balance, commission balance, transaction history, commission rules, and retailer performance on Smartcash services.
The app is available in English language to support Smartcash operations in Nigeria.

why am I unable to login to this retailer app. but can login to the normal customer smartcash app, but won't be able to see my balance and can't perform basic transaction bcus its showing two nuban acct no. I've been told its bcus I'm having an agent account and the customer care adviced me to use smartcash retailer app but they are making it impossible for me to login successfully.

I am really sorry to say but I am not happy with my experience, if I have not used it before I will say ok it's not worth it but my experience with on of my wallet is bad . How can I have 30k+ and I can't use it at all? for over 2months or more. it's not fair
