Alan's app is designed exclusively for members of the policy, and from it you can:
- Find a doctor in our network of more than 40,000 doctors and specialists throughout Spain, to receive treatment in one of our more than 1,000 clinics and hospitals.
- Access your medical card (and those of your family) in digital format to always have it at hand (we will also send you a physical card).
- Receive authorizations for tests and treatments sent by the doctor: clinical analyzes, X-rays, ultrasounds, etc ...
- Access our help chat to answer any questions you have.
- Contact a doctor at any time of the day and day of the week in case of a medical emergency.
And this is just the beginning, since our vision is to offer you everything related to your health through the app, so we will update it regularly and add new improvements and services.
