Wimma is an app developed to facilitate management and communication for landlords, property managers and tenants.
Your landlord wants to offer you to use Wimma to be able to make maintenance requests and share information from your landlord via a digital notice board. You can report a maintenance request in three simple steps and you can also follow the status of your request. Your maintenance request is delegated to and carried out by the property caretaker and communication regarding your request is done directly in the app. You will receive a notification when there is a status change or when you receive a message on your maintenance request. On the notice board, your landlord posts information about your property so you are informed wherever you are.
When your landlord has registered you, you will receive an email to the email address you provided to your landlord with information about the app's functions and how to log in. You sign up and log in with the email address you received the welcome email to.
Wimma is developed by ALCM Technology AB and the functions in the app will be gradually expanded and improved.
