The project’s services consist in taking care of the affairs of grouping pilgrims for the arrival circumambulation in order to prevent congestion in the Grand Mosque, as well as appointing a number of pilgrims to accompany groups of pilgrims, tawaf, educate and guide them before heading to the Grand Mosque by making sure that all pilgrims wear bracelets bearing the pilgrim’s information, place of residence and its field service office And making sure that they are in ablution and making them aware of the importance of walking in the form of one group and not leaving it in order to avoid getting lost and not being subjected to exhaustion.
