Andon System
Requested 3 types of Andon lights for each module.
In put requesting system
There are 4 status need to be visualized in this requirement at 2 places together.
Easily can be identified at “Input issuing point” &
“ End of the module “.
AQL signal system
There are 6 status need to be visualized on top of the each packing table.
Status of line feeding
We also have 7 status in the line feeding stage & it should be visualized through 7 color lights & can be identified easily.
Most important point is, these all the massages should be shared by selected managers through the system at the same time.
Status of line open
There are 2 possible reasons for the line open.
Need to share the massage for relevant HODs through the system & it can be identified easily.
