Amicomed is your virtual companion and advisor for blood pressure management, designed by internationally renowned doctors and based on clinical guidelines.
It allows people to proactively manage their heart health through monitoring AT, personalized information, guidance and practical feedback.
==== How it works ===
1. Learn more about your health and AT: After a few initial questions, the app analyzes your health in relation to your AT.
2. Measurement and Tracking: Track your TA values on a regular basis by automatically importing data from supported home TA monitors, via the Apple Healthkit, or by entering the values manually. The app will automatically remind you to take your measurements according to clinical guidelines, creating a complete picture of your TA over time.
3. Receive personalized information: With more data, the app will be able to provide progressively personalized information that will help you understand how blood pressure changes according to your lifestyle and medication
4. Guidance for managing your TA: the personalized 3-month program will teach you how to manage your TA with daily tips on measurements and lifestyle.
