As the title indicates, the computerized management of “wewa” is a management based on computer equipment, the only modern equipment that is reliable, efficient and adapted to all the evolving realities in which these motorcycle taxi drivers could find themselves. computerized management consists first and foremost in creating a database of all motorcyclists working in the territories of the DRC, and subsequently, in putting in place essential identity provisions for the application of this management.

1. Identify all riders.
