Analyftics is an app that uses your phone's sensors to track your exercise repetitions and stores this data locally on your phone. It provides you with velocity-based training (VBT) metrics that will help you to train smarter, safer, and progress faster.

Each set you complete is condensed into a few velocity-based metrics, which will provide you with insight indispensable to efficient progress. A simple example is the average velocity of the set to let you know if you're training optimally for speed, power, or strength! A more complex example will be identifying weaknesses in your lift.

Current Features:

- The app uses your device's accelerometer to track your reps and weightlifting velocities, so you can ensure you're always lifting optimally for your goals.

- You can optimize your training program to targets specific areas for you individually, such as pure strength, explosiveness/power, or even speed-strength (reactive strength).

- You can also use the app to track your progress over time, and see how your lifting velocities have changed as you've gotten stronger with different weights.
