The Earth was born about 4 billion years ago. Initially, a fireball, the Earth was totally empty. The first signs of life appeared 3 billion years ago; first in the oceans. Then, 300,000 million years ago, reptiles were born. They evolved, and became dinosaurs, 200 million years ago.
Dinosaurs and humans have never lived together since the first hominids appeared much later (the oldest hominid skull discovered by archeology and named Toumai is 7 million years old).
Dinosaurs are very varied animals: bipeds or quadrupeds, carnivores and herbivores, with horns, plates, crests or feathers.
