On the Hispanic Bridge, Ayora celebrates "The First Cut of Honey", a beekeeping, gastronomic, tourist and cultural event, whose common thread is honey, a product par excellence of the population, highly valued for its quality.
The fairground is structured in different areas: beekeeping, gastronomy, children's area, handicraft area, shopping area and alleys.
Honey lovers will be able to delight themselves in the beekeeping area where they will enjoy the different beekeeping exhibitors, all of them local honey producers who put at their disposal the wide range of varieties of honey as well as the products derived from it (propolis, royal jelly, sweets, cosmetics, ...).
