We now have 2 cameras and I have nothing good to say. the connectivity started out iffy and with each update it gets worse and worse. Customer support has gotten to the point that they told me its our internet and can no longer help us. It isn't our internet as we had these problems with a different internet company and we have had them when we travel. the concept of the camera is nice but it does not deliver on promised features.

Rubbish software on this camera you charge an arm and a leg for it, but make it impossible to connect with both iPhone and Samsung. It shouldn't be this hard or take so much effort to make a simple connection straight out of the box. Still haven't any had luck connecting it, thank God we got a tweety cam for our baby shower. As for the lollipop, Facebook marketplace, here we come.
