ADIHB: Turning Dreams into Reality - Our Journey to Support Haitian Immigrants in Brazil
We are an association that started its activities in 2020. It all started during the pandemic, driven by the desire to help friends and relatives come to Brazil as working immigrants and provide support in their social integration.
We have faced several challenges over these years. We carry out several legal proceedings seeking the entry of family members of Haitian immigrants into Brazil, eliminating the need for a visa. Even in the face of favorable judgments and injunctions, due to the lack of commercial flights between Brazil and Haiti, we managed to make the dream of more than 3 thousand people possible, between the years 2020 and 2023, through chartered flights.
We currently have a team of 7 dedicated and committed members.
