Yunagay Artists is a self-managed organization that brings together more than 150 artists and about 30 groups linked to the visual arts in Barrio. Its purpose is to highlight and disseminate artistic activity, promoting collaboration between the different cultural agents in the territory.
The idea arises from the initiative of a group of artists from the neighborhood, who propose to create a self-management network for the development and dissemination of joint projects. It covers a specific quadrant of the Yungay neighborhood, which is circumscribed by Ricardo Cummings Street to the East, Matucana Avenue to the West, Moneda Street to the South and San Pablo Avenue to the North.
