Financial Records is a smartphone application to make it easier to record your Financial data
With this financial records application, expenditures and receipts will be recorded properly. So that we can control which expenditures and receipts are not needed.
The menu in the shopping record consists of:
1. Expenditure Entries
used for expense data entry, users can select categories, sub categories, select dates, descriptions and total expenses
Expenditure details can be edited if there is an error
2. Receipt Entry
used for data entry receipts, users can select categories, sub categories, select dates, descriptions and total receipts.
Receipt details can be edited if there is an error
3. Setting expenditure and receiving categories
Used to organize categories as desired. Categories and sub categories can be added or deleted according to our wishes.
4. Information
Contains information about the application of daily financial records
5. Report Menu
The financial records application contains reports of expenditures and receipts consisting of:
- Detailed reports containing details of expenses and receipts for each transaction
- Daily report contains a summary of total expenses and receipts per day
- Monthly Report contains a summary of monthly expenditure and income reports per category
- The Annual Report contains a summary of annual expenditure and income reports in the total display per month.
Reports can also be presented in the form of bar charts or pie charts.
Reports can be exported to excel, txt or pdf files. And reports can be shared to email, WA and so on.
6. Backup Restore
Transaction data can be backed up as desired and can be restored again if there is a problem on the smartphone or a new smartphone.
