The company Valerijana Vujadinović Farm was founded in 1903. From the very beginning, we have been collecting medicinal herbs in order to produce the highest quality natural products for human health, teas, syrups, balms and other preparations, and today the fourth generation successfully runs this company based on traditional values using the latest technology.
Strict criteria regarding the control of input raw materials make our products so high quality. A special water control laboratory daily examines the quality of water used in the manufacture of our products and measures the number of particles. The natural raw materials we use are from the field of organic quality. A special closing process allows our products a long shelf life until the first opening.
One of the first products that made us stand out and that has made a step forward in dermocosmetics and today is the only herbal balm E, for the treatment of eczema, which is a combination of vitamin E and herbs according to a family recipe almost a century old. In 2001, two more products were added to the eczema kit, the Herbal Skin Cleansing Lotion and Chamomile Milk for the Atopic Whole Body Care and as a preparation to make the balm better absorbed. The discovery of this balm was accidental. The first recipe for Herbal Balm E was written in 1910 in the laboratory diary of our great-grandfather. At that time, the ointment was mostly used for burns, wounds that are difficult to heal and stab wounds. As science developed and as the positive properties of vitamin E became more and more relevant, in 1989 it was decided to add vitamin E to the recipe. It is important to note that at that time it was not about developing eczema preparations, but about improving the existing product. As there were not many preparations for the treatment of eczema on offer at that time, people in our pharmacies (at that time herbal pharmacies) started buying balm when they had already tried everything for the treatment of eczema and nothing worked. The balm has shown exceptional efficiency in the treatment of eczema, by combining a certain ratio of medicinal herbs and the addition of vitamin E in an oily medium.
