Where you can find a wide range of solutions for those problems that we encounter in our day-to-day journey.
We have a team of automotive repair professionals, who put at your disposal the tools and services necessary to cover the needs that your motorcycle needs.
This application is free to use and at no time do there appear onerous charges for the services provided by the Application, since its purpose is to serve as a link between whoever requests a service and whoever provides it.
How does Bike Rescue work?
1.- You can request direct telephone assistance with an Agent to know or use our services
2.- We are an Application that allows the link between Motorcyclists, Workshops and Rescuers, to request assistance on the road
3.- In the event that you need help for your motorcycle, you can, through the Application, request the rescue service and one of our representatives and / or business partners will arrive at your location to assist you.
4.- In the "Rescues" module, you must enter your location to receive the rescuer, later you will enter the same location if it is a service that can be performed in the same place, or the transfer address for your unit
5.- Then you must enter the data that is requested, choose the type of service (Rescue / Drag), confirm the service and a notification will arrive at the closest rescuer to your location to provide the attention you request
In addition, an Emergency button was incorporated, with a direct line to 911, they are asked to use their discretion to avoid sanctions by the corresponding authorities.
Within the Application you can find a section to quote your vehicle insurance, we remind you that contracting a damage insurance policy is mandatory, so we offer you various options to comply with this legal requirement.
