It all started way back in 1970, when Suresh marathe, a zealous and enthusiastic food lover and an expert cook forayed into the restaurant business by managing/establishing. He started with a very small investment, due to lack of access to capital and absence of family backing. It was entirely on his own that he began, and stuck it out with grit and passion.
