IBHelpDesk is a utility app meant for retired employees of Delta State Governments who are part of the Contributory Pension Scheme.
The App is an online assistant helping retirees of the State to check their information such as total contributions, Accrued Value for those concerned and payment status. All retirees who have submitted their Applications to the Bureau of State Pensions can download the App free of charge and access the App using their login details obtained from the Web App of the Help Desk. While there are statutory questions with automated questions, users can also ask questions by raising tickets which are attended to by assigned officials from the office.
