At the beginning of the establishment of the Malaysian Chinese Medicine Association, on the issue of Chinese medicine in the country, it played a cohesive force and strived for the rights and interests of the central government. It also often supported each other. It also actively promoted Chinese medicine education and promoted Chinese medicine.

Although traditional Chinese medicine has been introduced to Malaysia, although it has been recorded in history since the 14th century, the organization of traditional Chinese medicine has only appeared in the 1920s. There have been more than 30 Malaysian Chinese medicine organizations in Malaysia, each of which has developed. Now, under the leadership of MCA, the pace is the same, and we strive for the rights and interests, and we are working hard to promote Chinese medicine. The group of Chinese medicines in Malaysia is established by two different factors.

First, in order to promote the Chinese medicine academics, such as Penang is Gaoyuan Chinese Medicine Research Institute, Muar Chinese Medicine Association, Acupuncture and Moxibustion Society, Sabah Acupuncture Association, Sarawak College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Penang Traditional Chinese Medicine Federation, Johor Chinese Medicine Guild and Malaysian Chinese Medicine Doctors Association, etc.
Second, in order to defend the survival rights of traditional Chinese medicine, such as the MCA Medical Association, the most representative. The association was organized in 1954 by the British colonial government to levy a Chinese medicine import tax and further unite Chinese medicine practitioners. As the saying goes: Blessed in disguise.
In the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine, the traditional Chinese medicine organization in Malaysia has always played a leading role and is the driving force behind the development of traditional Chinese medicine. It is easy to say that the organization of traditional Chinese medicine in Malaysia and the organization of Chinese medicine hospitals, Chinese medicine hospitals, Chinese medicine research institutes and Carry out various academic activities of Chinese medicine.

In 1950, the British colonial government of Malaya enacted immigration restrictions, which made Chinese Chinese medicine practitioners no longer able to enter Malaysia. The Malaysian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine was founded on October 1, 1955 by the MCA Medical Association. However, the Malaysian Chinese Medicine Physician Association is responsible for presiding over the academic affairs, and the Chinese Practice Clinic and Tongshan Hospital are used as clinical internships.

In addition, the Penang Traditional Chinese Medicine Federation hosted the Penang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1964. The Chinese Medicine Federation of Chinese Medicine was hosted by the Chinese Medicine Association in 1967. The Penang Chinese Medicine Association hosted the Penang Institute of Chinese Medicine in 1989 and the suspended Sarawak. The School of Medicine, Johor College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Sibu Chinese Medicine Night School have trained more than 1,000 Chinese medicine practitioners, making the Chinese medicine industry in Malaysia a successor and actively promoting the development of Chinese medicine in Malaysia.
