To be a leading trade union organization in mining, with multiple spaces for building dialogue, influencing different sectors of society, education and awareness of sustainable mining by the State. With our own voice in forums where people talk about mining, workers' rights and duties, accompanying experiences of unions and related workers, both nationally and internationally; with representative, democratic union structures that tend to the good development of supervisors in the context of a state CODELCO; contribute to the debate of ideas and development of the main company of the State.
