Habitat For Humanity DHS is proud to be the first club at our school to launch its very own mobile app, designed by Aaryan Singhal and Isabelle Ilyia!
The app gives club members, group leaders, and executives access to innovative features that make both serving and running the club more efficient, especially during the current circumstances induced by long-term virtual school. Everything from basic event logistics to club-wide communication is centralized and simplified under the umbrella of this mobile application.
Via club meetings and videos, the executive team will walk you through a tutorial of using all components of the app. You will be able to create an account based on your status in the club (executive, group leader, member) and this will give you access to customized features accordingly.
Here are some of the many features we are excited to launch:
- A virtual Members Card for club members to collect and keep track of their stamps
- A blog-style FAQs section for new members of HFH DHS
- Two dedicated Announcements pages for group leaders and members to enable easy, clear, documented, club-wide communication
- A Contact Directory to ensure that all club members can get in touch with the executive team and group leaders whenever needed
- A Resources area which all members of the club can use to access general documents (i.e. fundraising forms, awareness posters, event planning documents, etc)
