Fill out the form for the intermittent work contract in a simple, fast and guided way, with:
- company email, company tax code
- worker tax code and communication code
- date (from / to ) for which the worker is called
This application allows you to enter company data and one or more workers and keep them memorized.
Then the data can be recalled to fill out a new form, save it in xml and send it via your mail program (Gmail, Outlook) to the email indicated by the National Labor Inspectorate to which the communication must be sent.
Instead of working on the pdf file with your computer, you can use this app that compiles the correct data with a wizard.
In addition to sending the xml file created to the recipient, it is possible to send a copy to 2 other emails: for example the administrative department and a labor consultant or accountant.
The communications produced and sent not are saved in the app, for this reason it is advisable to insert yours as a third email to keep a copy of what is transmitted.
Create the xml file and send to:
- as first recipient: intermittenti@pec.lavoro.gov.it ,
- as a second email that of your employment consultant,
- as a third email, your email (sender) or that of your administration, or the accountant. So you immediately have a copy without saving files on your mobile phone or PC.
A pdf file is not generated, but a link to a web page is generated in the body of the email from which a pdf file can be generated, ready to be printed or saved.
With this app, it will be easy to manage on-call workers, directly from your mobile phone, smartphone or tablet, by filling in the intermittent form quickly and easily.
You can manage only one company per mobile.
