We can imagine the Materan Mountains as an archipelago with eight islands in the heart of Lucania, a piece of internal Italy, of the internal Mediterranean: Accettura, Aliano, Cirigliano, Craco, Gorgoglione, Oliveto Lucano, San Mauro Forte, Stigliano. Our strength will be to go after the landscape. There will be an increasing need for places like these around the world. Others will come looking for them, we are already lucky enough to inhabit them.
