NOUWE will provide a platform for users to make requests to see people, places and things they can’t see in person.
The platform will need two key groups of people to operate; Users and Visual Agents.
Users will make a request to visually view somewhere via live stream and will pay a fee to visual agents. Visual agents will accept or decline requests from users. If a VA accepts the request from the user, he/she will use their mobile device to stream via video chat the location/event etc. that user requested to see on that day and time. Visual agents will receive payment from users to execute request.
