The SINDHOSFIL / SP's main characteristic is the pursuit of equalization of employer-employee relationship in the philanthropic health sector, which has unique characteristics, different from other establishments in the sector.
The Santa Casa, which account for more than 1/3 of hospital beds Health System - SUS, meet growing demand with insufficient funding. No wonder that the organs of all levels of government consider the "right arm" of public health in Brazil.
In this sense, through hard work and dedication of all those who wrote and integrate their governing and legal frameworks, the SINDHOSFIL / SP reached many important achievements to their members, such as collective agreements, legal assistance, training courses, specialization, undergraduate and MBA.
Currently, the union has in its territorial base 435 cities in São Paulo. Since 2003, the Sindhosfil disbanded and raised four regional, independent and autonomous unions, each serving an average of 60 municipalities. They are: Sindhosfil of Presidente Prudente and region, Sindhosfil of Ribeirão Preto and region, Sindhosfil the Paraíba Valley, North Coast and High Mantiqueira and Sindhosfil of Santos and North Coast and South, in addition to Sindhosfil São Paulo.
