About The Ballet Bod

The Ballet Bod Program is a high-intensity fitness program inspired by ballet, pilates, and kinaesthetics. This can be performed with little to no equipment (depending on the exercise) and is perfect for home or with others in a physical or digital environment.

Each week is designed to target muscle groups that will help you for your journey into the next week. By taking the class specific to each week 3 - 5 times and then progressing to the next stage, you will achieve great results over the course of the 12 weeks.

If you wish to go faster or slower, this is entirely up to you. While the program suits most body types, and doesn't require any history or background in any of the fields utilised, you can of course use the program as best fits your needs.
