In 2012 we were moving into our first homes, attending weddings, traveling, having kids and growing generally frustrated with the lack of retailers that reflected our classic, but modern lifestyle. We would hunt for unique home brands, gifts and clothes in small boutiques, but yearned for an online equivalent that made shopping easy. We became fixated on creating a happy and authentic retail brand that embodied our classic style and spirit, rooted in sport, travel, family, friends and celebration. So, we quit our day jobs in finance and retail and launched Tuckernuck together.
We want to feel unique, but classic and we value great quality. We love feeling stylish, but we don’t like being a slave to fashion, because we are constantly on the move. Most importantly, we love finding the fun in life… spending quality time with friends and family, embracing holidays with gusto, creating a beautiful home and satisfying our curious minds with travels, culture and humor, otherwise known as #tuckernucking.
