We endeavor to provide equitable health and wellness services to everyone including people who feel marginalized in society or may not have their needs met by most other settings of care.
WellPrompt strongly believes that mental health and a healthy lifestyle are the cornerstones of improved quality of life. We also believe that mental health care and wellness-related support should be easy to access, inexpensive, accessible, and free of (maybe without instead of free- just a thought) judgment and stigma.
WellPrompt provides care that is evidence-based and compassionate, treating everyone with dignity and respect. We are passionate about ensuring that everyone has a chance at getting mental health and wellness-related support.
WellPrompt is also a platform to form healthy habits by tapping into the individual’s desire to change and using that motivation to create lasting health habits using validated behavior change methods.
Whether you are on a journey to build healthy habits or trying to feel better about life in general, WellPrompt can support the individual (you?) along that journey through therapy sessions, health coaching, and preference-based alerts/reminders. WellPrompt does this using a hybrid approach of real-person interaction, text messages, education, and nudges individuals to reach their personal goals whether that is to lose weight, start exercising, kicking a habit, or being the person that the individual always aspires to be. This is all (achieved) by using the individual’s intrinsic motivation supported by non-judgmental therapists and coaches.
WellPrompt care is delivered in a manner that respects the individual’s constraints and tries to meet them where they are in the journey of achieving health and (mental health) improvements.
Through video sessions, text-based coaching, self-paced education, and health alerts based on the individual’s personal preferences, WellPrompt endeavors to support the individual when they might feel the most vulnerable in their endeavor to achieve health.
