Flaucy is owned and operated by husband and wife, Andre and Marian Smith. The barber shop and hair studio is the hippest, coolest salon in the Sacramento area. Additionally, Andre aka CutsBy Dre is the three time "Barber Competition"winner and Northern California barber champ.
