Today, we started making our guacamole from scratch bright and early. Our tortillas will be hand-pressed for every order. Everything is made in small batches. We fire our grill and smoke over mesquite wood and keep those embers glowing until the last customer leaves.
Things are done a little fresher on the border and it’s no different here. We make homemade, hand-rolled tacos and enchiladas, fresh salsas and sauces daily, and use only lean cuts of meat slow-cooked for hours…we know you can taste the difference.
