The Maui Police Department is the primary Law Enforcement Agency within Maui County, Hawaii which includes the islands Molokai and Lanai. Chief Tivoli S. Faaumu serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Maui Police Department. The purpose of the Maui Police Department is to ensure a safe community through the preservation of public and domestic peace, prevention of crime, detection and arrest of offenders of the law, protection of personal and property rights, and the enforcement of all Federal and State laws and County ordinances.
