"Ateliz Herzl" was founded by our dear and beloved father, the late Matityahu Herzl in 1967.
The late Herzl decided to realize his love for the profession and his vision to sell quality and kosher goods at fair prices, and established a small, family and modest butcher shop in the Carmel Market, where he gave dedicated service and personal attention to every customer who came.
The quality of the goods and the personal service passed by word of mouth.
For him, every customer became a family member and the circle of customers kept growing and even the best chefs and restaurateurs of Tel Aviv and the surrounding area began to frequent the butcher shop.
With the years of professionalism, quality and warm attitude, we have won over the customers and thus, we have turned from a family butcher shop into a factory that supplies goods to the best restaurants and private customers who choose us time after time.
