About CRM Comunidades

Application that allows community leaders to follow up on their community's emergency request. Based on a protocol, generated by the company's formal channels (Branch, Virtual Agency, telephone and WhatsApp), community leaders previously registered on the platform will be able to request the handling of these tickets. The light team's mission is to monitor these problems until they are resolved.


Through the application, leaders will be able to:


- Create requests - adding the most exact location possible (via a map), photos and videos that help describe the problem.
- Follow up open requests - through a "chat" type communication channel that directly connects the leader with a person in charge of light. Through this channel, it is possible to exchange traditional chat messages, send images, videos and audios. Until the problem is considered complete (and accepted by the leader).
To help the user, the app has implemented a notification system, in which the leader receives notification whenever the person in charge of the light updates the request (sends a message). In addition to other information, such as the time remaining for the predefined treatment period according to the severity of the problem.
