The GNAM project aims to experiment with the innovative GreenSalus dietary education method to improve the work performance of the company's staff and monitor their psycho-physical status and attitudes over time for the growth of the Company. A data analysis is carried out with the use of innovative frontier techniques through the use of Machine Learning which shows interesting correlations between the biometric parameters, in order to achieve the design goal which is to improve the quality of life of the worker.
