Arabic calligraphy is the art and design of writing in various languages that use Arabic letters. Arabic writing is distinguished by being connected, which makes it susceptible to gaining various geometric shapes through tide, back, rotation, distortion, interlocking, overlap and composition. Calligraphy is associated with Arabic decoration, as it is used to decorate mosques and palaces. It is also used in sweetening manuscripts and books, especially copies of the Holy Quran. This field has witnessed a demand by Muslim artists due to the prohibition of Shari'a from depicting humans and animals, especially in relation to holy places and the Koran. [1]
