The traditional flavors merge in Obrador de Confectionía Blanco y Azul with a concept of modern artisan pastry, based on the innovation of the elaborations and their adaptation to the taste of each client.
Since the early twentieth century we find traces of the family artisan tradition, when grandmother "Loles" sold her sweet craftsmen at the door of a cinema. It would not be until later years the opening of the famous "La Loles Oven", located in the old square of Abastos de Lorca.
As generations go by, in 1990 Ángel and Argimira take the reins of the business by renaming it as "White and Blue Pastry", alluding to Holy Week in Lorca.
Currently, Pastelerías Blanco y Azul has three establishments, two in the center of Lorca and one in the C.C. Almenara Park; as well as a workshop where products are made day by day.
Now we also want to make life more comfortable for our customers and we sneak into their mobile devices and computers with this necessary digital leap. In White and Blue Patisseries we always want to be by your side and now you can contact us through our application or website.
