Lives are the work of Greek historian and biographer Plutarch, which is a series of biographies of famous Greeks and Romans, arranged in pairs in order to focus on their common moral values or failures. The survivors Lives contain 23 pairs of biographies, a Greek and a Roman, as well as four individual lives. In most of the following pairs of comparison of the two figures.
