Through the OR Connect app, the NAM Works Council wants to make the participation of NAM employees more accessible. To create more involvement and faster communication with all employees or a group. The input from the employees can give the Works Council a better insight with regard to a consultation process or subject and as a result the Works Council can form a more complete picture. It is important to mention that all data and input are collected anonymously by employees. By receiving push notifications, employees are informed that input is being requested or if there is a news item. In an overview of all Works Council members the possibility is offered to get in touch directly via e-mail. This app is only intended for NAM employees.
