Both specialist and the consumers has to make an Account in the Appointo app and after that they will see four categories of specialist namely Doctor, Electricians, plumber and lawyer.
The professional needs to register themselves with their profile picture, address and the area of experties which will be available publically and after that the consumers will select the most appropriate specialist on the basis of their location and area of expertise ,the consumers need to appoint them by submitting their phone number address ,date and time of appointment and some other personal details and press the Appoint button. After that we will contact you for the verification and if the verification is complete then the appointment is confirmed and the specialist will be ready to see you at the chosen time and date.
The credibility of the professional will be checked regularly and if the person is found inappropriate then the user will be blocked forever and he/she will not be able to log into the application.
To ensure trust we also provide a medium for the consumers to give reviews about the professional.
If more then three unsuccessful appointment are done by an user then again their account will be terminated.
